How the quote system handles your details.

Information you enter

The quote system uses the collection and destination postcodes, requested date and time, job type, vehicle type and vehicle condition to prepare an estimate. Your name and phone number are requested only if you choose to send the quote through WhatsApp.

Postcode and route services

Postcodes and route details are processed in your browser through Postcodes.io and the OSRM routing service. These services receive the route information needed to validate locations and calculate road mileage.

WhatsApp

No customer details are sent to WhatsApp automatically. When you activate the WhatsApp button, the site prepares a message containing your quote request and opens WhatsApp. You choose whether to send it.
